missingWrote a review on Sept 18poor dining
The AC struggled to cool the room effectively, which was uncomfortable during the warmer nights. Elevators felt poorly placed and were slow, adding to the hassle. The dining experience fell short. breakfast options were limited and quickly ran out, leaving a disappointing impression. A spa facility was only operational upon request, and communication regarding bookings was lacking, which hindered the experience. The overall feel of the hotel seemed outdated, not qualifying for the five-star standard it claimed to uphold.

Great Location with Room for Improvement
The hotel’s location is a major highlight, allowing easy access to markets and dining options. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and the breakfast options were below par. For travelers, ensure to check if amenities are available during your stay.

Big room with a sofa and nice storage space. Staff was friendly and efficient with laundry. Breakfast had plenty of options and dinner was cooked well. Relaxing indoor pool and spa facilities available. Great historical location close to restaurants and markets. The café on site had delicious cakes. Overall, a nice place to stay!

missingWrote a review on Jul 03friendly staffcentral locationdirty carpetlimited breakfastcleanliness concern
Centrally located with friendly and helpful staff, it made exploring the area very convenient. The quality of the room furniture was good. however, the carpet was unclean, which dampened the experience. Breakfast offered fine bread but could benefit from more variety. While there were many positive aspects, the cleanliness concern was significant enough to warrant attention.

This place was just a strong match for a couple of nights in Sarajevo with value for money. The bathroom had a slightly better setup compared to the rest of the room, which I appreciated. Make sure to check if the air conditioning works before settling in.

The hotel boasts a central location, perfect for exploring the vibrant streets. A beautiful Viennese café adds to the charm. However, the parking fee can be a surprise at €10 per day, and some rooms may require updates. Cleanliness was decent, but the breakfast options left room for improvement.
